Do you want to become a vendor or provide an information booth at the Nanaimo Multicultural Festival 2017?

The Nanaimo Multicultural Festival is all about celebrating the incredible tapestry of cultures that creates and unites the community. The iconic festival sees thousands of locals and visitors each year and offers a variety of performing groups, live music, food vendors, exhibitors, demonstrations, and hands-on activities for the entire family. 

If you would like to participate as a vendor or you would like to have space to provide information at this year's Multicultural Festival, please fill out the form below. Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis and upon review of how well their product/service fits with the vision and spirit of the festival. Multicultural Festival is for non-political affiliated vendors only.

The vendor fee is $60. Not-for-profit organizations and BIA2 members will have their fees waived. Payment is due upon approval. We are able to accept cheques (made payable to The Old City Quarter Association), cash, and e-mail transfers. 

If you are a food vendor, you'll need to comply with VIHA regulations and provide us with all necessary paperwork.
